Owner-led isn’t a tagline — it’s how we’ve always worked.
Oregon’s climate is hard on decks. Constant rain, freeze-thaw cycles, UV exposure, moss growth — most contractors learn this the hard way. We learned it the right way: by doing the work ourselves, every day, with over 10 years of experience.
Miguel started Alta with a commitment to quality waterproofing. The lesson that stuck: shortcuts on waterproofing always show up later as leaks, callbacks, and unhappy homeowners.
Today, Alta’s crew is small, owner-led, and certified by the manufacturers whose systems we install. We don’t sub out. We don’t disappear mid-project. We warranty our work — and we mean it.
